AVRT WTFNB Recruiting Ride 10/11/2026: Half Moon Bay

Want to race with a crew that's got your back (and will help you pin your number on it)? Need an excuse to ride to the coast on a Sunday? Orrrr are you just curious what the Alto Velo WTFNB (women, trans, femme, non-binary) Racing Team is all about? If a co-ed recruiting ride full of dudes wasn't quite your scene, this one's for you! Join us this Sunday 10/11 at 9 AM at Summit Bicycles for our WTFNB Recruitment Ride!

We'll head up Kings, drop down Tunitas, and make our way over to Half Moon Bay for a cafe stop. Then it's back up Tunitas via Lobitos, down Kings, and finish with a final cafe stop at Bici (yes, that's two cafe stops in one ride). We'll keep a moderate pace; the goal of this ride is to meet the team and chat with everyone, so no need to bury yourself. That said, if you want to get an effort in on Lobitos for Low Key Hill Climbs, go for it (we might even organize some lead outs).

This will be our final recruiting ride of the year. To join the team, please apply HERE. Applications close on Sunday 10/18.

Hope to see you there!
