The Low Heart Rate “LHR” Ride
The LHR Ride is a recovery ride designed to get some extra weekday miles while spending time with friends and practicing group riding skills. Routes are on flat to rolling terrain, 20-30 miles long, and intended to take about 2 hours. Join us every Thursday at 12 Noon at Summit Bicycles Palo Alto!

Come join the Low Heart Rate (LHR) ride.
A perfect ride for some low intensity miles, Get to know other AV riders & work on your group riding skills. The pace will be approximately 15 mph on flat roads.
New riders are welcomed and encouraged!
