The Low Heart Rate “LHR” Ride
The LHR Ride is a recovery ride designed to get some extra weekday miles while spending time with friends and practicing group riding skills. Routes are on flat to rolling terrain, 20-30 miles long, and intended to take about 2 hours. Join us every Thursday at 12 Noon at Summit Bicycles Palo Alto!

The AV LHR Ride offers a Low Heart Rate/recovery ride at a moderate pace compared to other Alto Velo rides. Group riding skills & communication in a supportive controlled peloton are emphasized. We aim to keep the group together throughout the entire ride.
