Egan 2026.27 Announcement:
3 Important Things:
1. This is the Penultimate Egan!!!!
2. The next (Final) Egan will be the same as the first Egan (route-viewer route, strava route), the mythical once and future route! It’s the same as our first route, so show up if you want to measure exactly how much better you have gotten!
3. There is no women’s ride this week, come join the A’s and B’s instead! (There will be a women’s route for the final week, yay!)
Egan 2026.26 Results:
Last Egan: Will and Matin battled it out, staying within 8s of one another (with Will coming out on top), while Katie lost 20s of time on Horseshoe Ct and was unable to make it back, with Sarah grabbing the win by 22s. Kai and Lace were our riders of the day, grabbing 7 and 4 PRs respectively! Take a look at the results at the link below, the site has new features (thank you Christophe)!!

What: The Egan Ride meets at the Los Altos Chamber of Commerce parking lot every Tuesday at 6:00pm and leaves at 6:05. We regroup and recover after every climb; if you can do OLH in under 25 minutes you should have no problem keeping up with the A group (the B and women’s group have no OLH recommendations, just come join!).

How: Remember, pace yourself appropriately, there's lots of hills to climb! Pay attention to traffic and don't hog the road. Riders are encouraged to wear garishly colored socks on the Egan Ride, and riders are discouraged from riding Egan if they wear conservative socks.
