We can’t thank Christophe enough for jumping in when the chips were down and bailing us out with a new scoreboard system. Shout out to Robert Ragno and Melissa McCall who improved by a whopping 15.7 and 12.4 %! That’s huge! Congrats to all riders.

Dear Eganeers,
Like it or not the Autumnal Equinox is upon us and like all good things our 2026 is sadly coming to an end. Unfortunately after tomorrow we will have to wait until March for more trauma bonding on our favorite local hills. Before we bid farewell to a fantastic season we will gather tomorrow for one last ride followed by our annual banquet at State of Mind. Come on out and beat your buddies to the top once more before enjoying club-sponsored pizza! Feel free to join the ride or just show up at SOM for the banquet and start occupying the tables outside. We can only make a partial reservation for inside, so we need to start occupying the tables as we arrive.

What: The Egan Ride meets at the Los Altos Chamber of Commerce parking lot every Tuesday at 6:00pm and leaves at 6:05. We regroup and recover after every climb; if you can do OLH in under 25 minutes you should have no problem keeping up.

How: Remember, pace yourself appropriately, there's lots of hills to climb! Pay attention to traffic and don't hog the road. Riders are encouraged to wear garishly colored socks on the Egan Ride, and riders are discouraged from riding Egan if they wear conservative socks.
