Greetings fellow kids! Since the weather is cooperating, we’ll ride to the local wine region known as the towering heights of Montebello. We’ll approach through Rancho San Antonio, which means Mora, which means keeping it mellow through Rancho because kids and families.
After climbing Montebello, we’ll venture up Mount Eden with a sharp “shortcut” to Pierce I think we’ll all enjoy. The Pierce downhill will lead us back to civilization and eventually donkeys after the Saratoga maze.
Let’s try to stick together as much as possible at a nice C pace on the “flats.” There will be plenty of chances to test our legs on Montebello, Mora and Mount Eden.

Non - Members:
Alto Velo welcomes non-members to join us on our rides. However, non-members must have a Waiver on file with the club.
The AV C Ride offers a more moderate workout than the other Alto Velo rides (although a workout it is). Group riding skills & communication in a supportive controlled peloton are emphasized. When not on designated climbs, we aim to keep the group together.
