Your fearless leader has returned from his adventure to Europe & Asia. However I’m experiencing quite a lot of jet lag so you will have to take it easy on me!!!

Come join the Low Heart Rate (LHR) ride.

A perfect ride for some low intensity miles, Get to know other AV riders & work on your group riding skills. 

The pace will be approximately 15 mph on flat roads.

New riders are welcome and encouraged!

Alto Velo welcomes non-members to join us on our rides. However, non-members must have a Waiver on file with the club.

The AV LHR Ride offers a Low Heart Rate/recovery ride at a moderate pace compared to other Alto Velo rides. Group riding skills & communication in a supportive controlled peloton are emphasized. We aim to keep the group together throughout the entire ride.
