*Early* AV-B Ride May 31st, 2025: Page Mill via Taaffe, Skyline, Pierce/Eden, Mora

It’s time for our annual expedition over to the Hwy 9 Fire Station’s pancake breakfast. We’ll head up Page Mill via Taaffe and are aiming to make it to the fire station on Skyline in time for pancakes, so we’ll keep regroups a bit shorter to ensure we’ve got time 2 grub. Then we’ll head down Hwy 9, UP pierce and the back side of Eden. Then winding our way through Rancho San Antonio Preserve and up Mora before heading back to Palo Alto via Foothill.

Pancake breakfast is $8/person and I’d suggest bringing cash in case the electronic payments are on the fritz.

Non-members are always welcome, but please complete the waiver once a year.

Regroups

  • Short rolling regroup at the top of Taaffe - Mile 7.5

  • Regroup at the top of Page Mill (water available at the fountain just before Monte Bello Open Space) - Mile 15

  • Regroup at Hwy 9 fire station for pancakes - Mile 20 (expect about 30 minutes here)

  • Rolling regroups after Pierce/Eden and Mora as needed, there’s places to refill on water we can poll the group about

  • Finish at Summit bikes - Mile 46
